Assessment
A representative from SLC Design Group will visit your property free of charge and will make an assessment to determine whether your property meets the minimum requirements for the proposed project.

Survey
Once you have accepted the terms and conditions of our fee proposal, we would request that you contact your local council and ask for 10.7 planning certificate (Known also as 149 Certificate). We will then organise for a surveyor to carry out a site survey on your property.

Design
After the concept, drawing plans are refined. Once you are entirely happy with the design we will engage the required consultants and authorities and prepare all documentation required for the approval lodgment.

Construction
After choosing one of our builders or your own, we will contact them regarding your project and monitor the construction process from start to finish to make sure everything is built according to the plan and no additional costs are added.

Quote
Upon completion of the assessment, one of our sales representatives will then provide you a detailed fee proposal, which will outline all costs involved with the approval process.

Concept
Once we have received the survey of your property, one of our highly experienced designers will invite you in our office to discuss the concept of the proposed dwelling as well as materials you would like used.

Approval
Once the design is approved, our team will get in contact with you and send you all relevant paperwork. At this stage we will offer you a list of qualified, licenced and insured builders that we regularly work with to choose from.
